Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Orders Tracking page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Please take photos of any damaged packaging or products — this helps us process your claim quickly.
