Our Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@brewowlcoffee.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item and approve the refund:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant — valid for 12 months

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, follow the same return process and specify the item you'd like instead. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return required.
